RAPHAEL E. ISAAC - BROKER
A native New Yorker, Rafi has been in real estate since 1993 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has been actively involved in all aspects of real estate in the greater NY metro area and in 2002 opened Wakefield Properties, LLC.

Hands on, in the streets and a personal familiarity with all of the neighborhoods gives Rafi a tremendous knowledge base that he puts to use for his clients everyday. TED WEINSTEIN - ASSOCIATE BROKER

For the past 30 years, Ted Weinstein has been directly involved in the foreclosure process and the real estate it generates. Operating as either principal or agent, Mr. Weinstein has repositioned over 1,000 distressed properties/non-performing notes throughout NY, CT and MD, with a total value in excess of $100 million. Mr. Weinstein has managed extensive due diligence concerning asset valuation disciplines, market prospecting and renovation pricing.

Currently, as an REO Broker and Educator, Mr. Weinstein, who is fluent in Spanish, vigorously pursues novel strategies and approaches to improve REO liquidation efficiency by reducing hold time and managing risk, while improving price execution. Harnessing his years of operational experience and effectiveness throughout previous down cycles, Mr. Weinstein is well poised to respond to the issue of abundant REO, as supply rapidly outpaces demand in today’s challenging times.

JOHN LESLIE ERSKINE, SR. - PROPERTY MANAGER
Born and raised in the City of New York and educated in the public school system; John continued on to earn his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in
Theology. After holding supervisory and upper management positions with
several Fortune 500 companies, John decided to enter the field of residential
real estate. Over the past 20 years, he has held sales and management positions with some of the top real estate companies in the New York metro area. He has been associated with Wakefield Properties since 2004.

John is best known for his expertise in residential construction; as a field
investigator and expert in risk management. John is a respected authority in
the profession.
